That's an easy one, keep advancing the story, you will see a story event with the old man and Tina, after that Tina can travel to that area speaking with the guard and after that Cecile can go in too.

It seems like you have access error.
Maybe the game should be on the same partition, like C:\Games\tina
or you have antivirus protection.
I don't have an exact solution.

I think every game on a RPGM engine can be cheated by editing a save file.

But actually no cheat is necessary for this game. There is no normal enemy battle only boss battles which are easy, you get enough potion while wandering through the map.

Do we have any information on the release of the next game created by Shinachiku-castella?
I heard few weeks ago that there's a game called "after" that will continue the story of "scar of summer" is this right?
And what about Tina 2 ????
Because damn, corrupting games like that are very few and its always a pleasure to play that kind of games
