...but I spent half the day at the Atlanta International Airport. For those of you who have never experienced ATL, it is worse than the 10th Level of Hell. Bacon fat.

In which I'll swet onions.

After which I'll get some color on some ham and andouille.

Which I will set aside and eventually add into my red beans (that are presently soaking in the fridge in moderately salted water).

All of which will be served over rice.

Might even make some cornbread.
