From what I can tell, it's the aunt version, not the mom version. At least for PC.
probably because every manchild here on f95 cries when the teenagers look a hint under that age.

The main character's model appears too old to convincingly portray a teenager. Ultimately, I believe this game shouldn't be taken too seriously, and it seems to be designed for a quick and casual experience. The theme of landlord and landlady is prevalent throughout, with dialogues indicating that Vince resembles the MC's father and that the landlady had previously visited his family. The corruption within the story progresses extremely rapidly, and even the landlord himself seems to have a cuckolding fetish (he desires to be cuckolded, which is quite amusing). Unfortunately, their sex scene cannot be avoided.
It's important to note that this game seems to prioritize its erotic content over a serious narrative. If you're seeking a more substantial storyline, this might not be the ideal choice. However, if you're interested in exploring the explicit aspects and don't mind the somewhat unconventional themes, then it might provide a quick and entertaining experience.

The I-Patch doesn't work properly at all. He says Nicole and Vince instead of Mom and Dad.
Sometimes it's Mom, then she says Tenant again, then he says Nicole again. WTF
