Tower of Trample is THE battle fuck (BF) game. This is what inspired other gems such as Domina and Gladia. I think you will like it and if you need a guide, there's an excellent one male by Fvlaenix here:

Ethan is pretty badass given the women he's facing for his friends and Master Roman. Not only that but he goes on to recue the other dojo members and to help his old enemies and even redeeming one of them from going down a bad path. As for gameplay, I suggest looking to Fvlaenix's guide which I linked to above.

I get to the 2nd part pretty easy but i can defeat her and touch her.
