Pretty much agree with everything you lay out here. I still love the game, but these are all spot on. I will say that for items 1, 2, 5, and 7 in your dislikes, I'm pretty sure that those are all intentional with the goal of being a "real game," so to speak. I'm not trying to defend them or even say that I disagree with you, but on some level, I think that the 'solutions' to this grievances are modern amenities that older games (NES, Genesis, SNES, etc.) do not implement. It's possible Siren was going for some level of strategy / difficulty in the mechanics, or it's possible it was a limitation of the system / development time.Just finished the game.
Almost 14 hours and a half! I don't believe I've ever spent so much time in a single porn game. Even more so in an RPG Maker game, which I usually don't play. I've unlocked all costumes and sex scenes (except for 1)!
So, here follow my 2 (goddess) cents about the game.
What I liked:
1. The art. The girls are really cute and pretty! The only one I didn't care to pursuit was the pink goblin-ish girl - that one looked ugly. Aunt Roselyn and Tavern Owner Raylene were my favorites.
2. The story. The passion/lust dichotomy and 'power of love' ideas were quite interesting to play on. I'm especially glad that pursuing one path didn't exclude the other one.
Bonus points for the twists (the true evil goddess and the dark elf).
3. The puzzles. I could deduce what to do on almost all of them in a few tries.
4. The music. The one in the garden and the temple were the best ones, but all of them felt thematic and appropriate.
5. Different costumes unlock different sex scenes. Nifty! I wish there was a way to tell the player when and where the special scenes can happen (probably in the gallery - when you select a sprite to interact, it could have a new option called 'Information' telling you that)
6. I'm glad there's a 'Sleep (Fast)' option because having Mary wake you up every single day takes a lot of time in the end. However, there are some unskippable cutscenes of Mary masturbating that happen even if you use the 'Sleep (Fast)'.
What I disliked:
1. The boulder puzzle at the cave. The puzzles prior to that one all had some kind of hint to tell you what to do. This one didn't and I had to look for the solution outside the game. I was really disappointed.
2. Locking boundaries behind 'timelocks'. Why can't I visit the Haunted Forest in the morning or Valencia Coast at night? This only makes the player go to sleep/advance time to do stuff later
3. The lack of a button to teleport the player to his bed at night/late night.
4. The lack of stairs at the right side of the map, forcing the player to always go through the fountain plaza. There's a place to put a rope at the right side of the MC's home, but there's absolutely nothing to do there.
5. The mermaid puzzle with the Slice part. Nowhere in the game, the player is told to access the inventory just to use the item - and the player didn't have to do it previously in the game, further confusing them. Just like the boulder puzzle, I had to search the resolution out of the game.
Either use a pop-up box telling the player to do it or have it explained to them in an earlier quest.
6. The sex scenes. I sorrowfully say this, but there are 4 main points here:
a. The lack of variation during the scenes. You basically do the same thing at different speeds (which you cannot slow, only speed up). I can understand this choice, as there are so many scenes one could brush it over.
Also, the characters change their expressions only when the animation starts and when it ends. The most glaring one was Roselyn's reverse cowgirl scene - the scene starts with a nice face on her, but then it changes to an ugly one (tongue out). This was more problematic.
b. Reusing assets. Some sex scenes were exactly the same used for another character. Sorry, but that's just lazy.
c. In Raylene's latex and Mary's (forgot which costume) scenes, the girls tell you they could go all night. However, the screen goes black and you can hear some sounds; I'd like to keep seeing the action.
d. The sex scenes in the gallery have no dialogue. That's a big bummer.
7. In my hurry to get through the mini-games, I frequently missed some chests with goddess coins. At the end of the game, I couldn't get enough of them to get all the costumes - thus, I had to resort to cheating.
That wouldn't be a problem if I could repeat those mini-games or if the mini-games didn't advance time but, AFAIK, there isn't a way to repeat them after completion.
8. The MC doesn't look 18 AT ALL. It makes no sense that he would be shorter than most women in the game (I'd forgive the goddesses being taller). He also seems pretty uncomfortable in many scenes; I could understand it at the first sex scenes but, after a while, he should be well used to the feelings.

It's an interesting game and worth playing, no doubt. Sadly, as it's pretty close to its final release, I doubt some of my points would be addressed... nonetheless, they're mostly minor.
Also, I already said I agree with everything you lay out, but I especially agree with your final point about the MC. Doesn't seem like there's a lot of character development, and he looks quite young.
All that said, I, again, love this game, and I see it as a game that Siren is putting out there and working to improve his skills. He just announced a new game he is working on not to long ago, and I've no doubt that the lessons he's learned from making this game, House Chores, and Zombie's Retreat will inform his development of that game, and it will be better for it.
Now excuse me as I go ... enjoy this game some more.
