I'm pretty sure I'm blind AF but I can't find the tablet in the blue boundary for Faye's quest. Anyone know where it is?

Next to the tomb? is a rock you have to move to open the door, then solve a puzzle to get to the tablet.

Go to where the winter event portal is and head left there. There is a small body of water there with a whirlpool. Its in there.

Where is maya? - cave above red boundry.

Can't seem to find any winter event portal in the green zone, and thus I can't find the whirlpool either. How do I get there?

Enter the Green Boundary and go all the way down, you should see the whirlpool.

Does anyone know where the night elf is thats mentioned in the changelog?

She's to at the end of the blue boundary (once you enter, all the way to the right).

You need to talk to her till she complains about guarding, and then break the damaged wall at the top of that area.
See the scene and return to her

So when people put "animated" tag on a game is that tag for scene animations or is it for walking animation/interacting/... or they can put that tag for either of these?
