tried both MTL and the non-MTL, only the dialogue is translated?
and how do i install the dlc? i cut and pasted to the game (though chose to not replace files) and it doesn't show up, unless i have to replace files?

Because I did that and I still got a error message when trying to merge the DLC
Even with all versions up to date, no h voice plays during h scenes. inside the train is playing voices though.

nop, you need to copy the unity.dll from one of the dlc and paste it in the base game folder.
I meant speaking not just moaning. Like the rest of the characters speaking between stations when you're not near them or saying something when you approach them
