I think there's a setting for languages.
Edit: There is in fact a setting for languages, hover your mouse on the top left you'll see 4 buttons.

anyway, the translated Thitutter chat for steam version different alot from the guide from doureview, the most reliable would be to follow from first page Ending Guide. But I still find it's not a good translation right ? some chat still kinda not make any sense LOL
