#37 is an example of a non sex focused path. There will be another pretty unique route update later this month that focuses on Margaret Roux while Taylor is fighting an internal battle against cuteness and the draw of a new life. I have lots of craziness on the go. Lesbians? Love? Best friend romance? Spy vs spy? Taylor vs Taylor? Yikes... Stay tuned because Transfigure's 2nd half begins this year.

Unexpected for sure. The game has such wildly different paths depending on what you choose.

Wow, thanks for the high praise! I'm really proud to be introducing some of Transfigure's conclusions and revealing more of the giant conspiratorial fog lurking in the game's background. I am also trying to up my game in all three dev pools: writing, graphics, and coding. I still really suck at two of those three but I will keep working at it until I can realize something approaching my creative vision. Then maybe some poor, starving ambitious artist will join me on a righteous crusade

I have updated Transfigure's main description to be more succinct:
Transfigure: verb - transform into something more beautiful or elevated.
Transfigure: is an adult interactive fiction (text based) browser game focusing on the male to female transformation of its main character, Taylor Roux (among other topics). The story caters to a variety of subjects and tastes. The entire game is nearly 500,000 words long and has over a hundred envisioned endings with about a dozen currently in game. Routes range from romantic and frisky, to displays of downright hedonistic debauchery and submission. Some content and themes include FF, MF, involuntary M2F transformation, voluntary decisions, blackmail, corruption, best friends, maid and nurse fetish, impersonation, impregnation, a variety of standard erotic fair (hj, bj, sex etc) etc
The main plot focuses on Taylor's quest to find out the mystery behind his transformation and a way to return to his original body. How seriously he takes the mission is up to you. There is a lot going on in the background and so it will take multiple play throughs to unravel the main story and meet all of the characters. Each of the in game romances are unique and have wildly different themes and relationship dynamics and motivators and they each will have several different ends. The various story lines involve everything from strange experiments and mad science gone awry to interplay between the many distinct characters and factions, escalating all the way to elaborate global conspiracies and powerful competing interests, including other topics that never make their way into a normal porn game. (This is not a normal porn game.) There is heart touching romance all the way to rape. There are spy missions and will be assassinations and explosions. Some people will die and unusual circumstances will be experienced... all while Taylor is trapped in an unfamiliar body that seems to inexplicably fan arousal in those around him. This is a story about choices and their consequences, transformation, and transfiguration. Will Taylor make it out alive and with his mind intact?
Some upfront warnings: This is an adult game. There is humiliation, disturbing content, and drug use in some routes. Taylor Roux also has a notorious potty mouth, so if that bothers you, steer clear.

Brothel-Taylor struggles with the aftermath of her virginity auction… and the pursuit of a stubborn man that won’t leave her the hell alone. Taylor looks after Craig and suffers through the first part of two weeks alone with the perverted manchild.
-added the yellow potion bunker escape attempt on the Damien sub route (altered by changing the PC response to the voice). Plus many edits and recentering the first part of the route as well as the addition of Ending 11 (True End).
-continued the alternative Yellow potion split “Are you sure the cops will believe you?”

I'm usually a try-and-move-on kind of guy but man, if you don't intend to give the MC any agency anyway, at least don't string along and taunt the player with dozens of crossed-out/dead options on the theme of "do the sane thing", "put an end to this", "get out of there" etc.
No option is better than one "option" and a clearly preferable alternative that says "haha, just kidding"

Transfigure is an alpha project at about 45% completeness. The dead paths are for me, and exist for development purposes, not to taunt players. There is loads of player agency and hundreds of choices that affect the narrative and drive it into unique story blocks. The game is nearly 500k words long, which is a lot of stories, and yes many include dead ends because that's how I designed the project (preview everything and let the fans decide what I work on). Eventually those alt paths will allow a reader to escape from certain themes and redirect into different routes that are more likely to be to their tastes.
I don't generally run up to construction sites and yell "this giant half finished building is terrible because half the doors lead to nowhere!" The construction people would roll their eyes and say "That's kind of the point, sir. Come back when the mall opens in a couple years or enjoy the stores that are already open."
Also the option you consider "clearly preferable" is subjective. I generally don't play porn games and attempt to be abstinent. Those routes will be filled in last.

I agree, and they are fun to write too
Who doesn't love transformative spy action? I am very excited to begin to peel back a bit of the Transfigure curtain. I hope readers will be pleasantly surprised by the depth of some of these sub plots. And yes, it will probably take me conservatively two years to flesh out the plots and endings for act 2. Thanks for sticking with me for the first two years everyone! Lots of true endings will appear this year and then it is on to alt routes and the remaining first 50 endings. Thank you for your patience and readership as I complete what appears to be the most complicated AIF in the world.

Which spy missions is everyone most interested in? I have a super hot Natalie ending coming up at some point. Originally it was going to just be cut and paste variations of the same story but I decided that was lame so I made every single narrative into an entire unique mission with different transformations and characters and multiple endings. Every mission is stand alone, you don't need to know anything about a given celebrity although I will assuredly make fun of a few of them at some point

Many of the core stories are long but without endings including Evan, Drew, Ryan etc But there are full length endings on the spy paths found on Drew's route as well as on Damien's route. I'd just go with the flow and see what you find. Then I'd try and track down the existing dozen endings as a first real objective.
I should have a strong Evan update out over the next 6 weeks or so.
Edit: Also check the change log for episode descriptions and ending/ update notes.
