I am trying to get it out as soon as possible but I want it to be an impactful first release since first impressions are important. I believe it is currently above average quality but the bar isn't super high so I want to keep going and complete the demo I initially envisioned. The complete demo will have the first day, 3 or 4 endings, and the starts of several major routes. I've done 3 releases privately for my patrons and results were positive but it isn't complete enough for public consumption. I have about a dozen placeholders to fill in and then I am close. I expect to release 0.0.1D to patrons later this month and if it is well received publicly next month. I am constantly upcycling assets and changing things so it is only recently that I have finished enough quality assets to start filling in the early game to the point it is presentable.Any news about the 3d version public release?

.60 html and 0.0.1D 3D will be out for patrons this week. It is a lot of work to do everything myself but I am trying my best to manage all the jobs that need doing. I've worked on this game for over half a decade with barely any resources so I'm not going to quit until it is done. I'm determined to succeed or die trying.any news for the og html version? or is that discontinued?

Hi HenWen.TangoTF Are you basing the 3D version of Taylor off of the model from the 2D game (I think her name is Caprice)? She was one of the things that really elevated your game. She was very pretty but also slightly tomboyish at the same time. Also, just using the same model throughout the game was a huge plus as well, since the majority of games that use real assets don't bother to have much consistency.
Does that include debugging the html for potential errors? Because that's too close to my actual work to also do it in my spare timeP.S. I am still considering beta testers if they are willing to provide feedback

Thank you, HenWen! That's very encouraging. I do tend to find most skeptics get converted if they give it a chance. I still think the demo needs more work before a public release but I promise it will get a lot better from its current state. I want to be able make a good first impression.I joined the patreon to get access to the 3D version of the game so I could try it out. I was skeptical at first, but I have to say I'm impressed with the character models and the level of polish so far. I'm looking forward to the future of this project.

They never are, anytime you see a model based on X or Y, it might look great on one still render in the right pose and expression. Then you try to bring them to life with their smile, but it just won't look the same.The Taylor model is actually made with high resolution textures from the original Caprice. The model isn't 100% accurate facial structure wise, because no model is but it turned out better than I was expecting.

As for animations, since you are a patron you will find some discussion of this topic in the comments of previous releases. I have also recently released an animated music video for patrons as a test. So, yes animations will probably get added. At the minimum I will try to make some kind of intro video as well as expand the "faux animation" style that exists, for example on the Mitch route. I can make animations like that pretty easily.
At its core it is a matter of resources. Animations are more time consuming to produce both in render time and labor.
I am a shoe-string developer so I can't make the best of everything but I can try my best to make something cool.

Yeah, I've seen some pretty grotesque expressions on various faces. Like the kind if seen in real life you'd run the other way. I think you nailed her nose and the face is definitely recognizable. Honestly the hardest part to get right might just be her breasts. Not kidding.
I will release the demo publicly once it I think it is good enough to do so. It needs at least one more solid update if not 3-4. The demo is already larger than a lot of VNs released on this site but I still feel like it only shows a tiny slice of the varied content in my story. It also has four endings which is a lot for a complete VN, let alone a demo. Transfigure is a very ambitious title and I want to show that from its first impression.So I gather there will be a public release in future for the 3d version. Sweet
