as far as i know nobody start proper translation for this game since HF shutdown.
im just doing MTL because AGTH doesnt work in my pc, the last partial translation was on the fist post and some other translation scattered in next few page, for partial modded you can find the link on post #82
okay here the thing, RAI7-TEST30f.exe build based on version 3.21 and you could use it with CN Modded version from post #82 then combine it with my MTL from post #95.
or if you prefer unmodded game version 3.33
download base game from post #96 and translated .exe from post #42, then combine my MTL from post #98
then start the game using hsptmp.exe.

Sorry to res if this one is dying but if I don't care about mods - I'm looking for a relatively up to date version but as fully translated as possible. Willing to trade an older version for 100% translation. I looked through the thread and am getting lost in Mods vs no mods, versions, etc. I'm a simple person lol. Looking for just 1 file to download and install. Can anyone help?
I don't think this thread will ever die completely. 3 posts back there are some links to download an unmodded and MTLed base game. There never was a 100% translation but it's still more than enough to play.

Man, I was trying to find this after Hongfire died. Good times from long ago. Had a dude that was named Pepsi at one point, turned out to be the best space conquering dude.

Anyone ever play this and get an issue where sometimes a country with a single planet spawns two fleets over their planet and then just never moves them despite them being set to actually move somewhere? The only way I've ever been able to fix this in game is if I get lucky and manage to launch a fleet and build a fortress somewhere which seems to fix whatever is causing them to just hover over the planet or editing the map itself and adding a fortress next to every planet like that by default.
This actually isn't the case from what I remember, sure there were some events included that feature it and would ignore the in-game checks but they were sequestered into a folder for optional mods and the only NTR events included by default were the ones the default game had and the "gangbang" stuff was just them using CG where the person would be fucking multiple people because that was the only real porn images of the character at the time where you could have a base CG and a CG for the character s cumming from what I remember.

Depends on the mods. Most of the recently updated chinese mods at the time I posted this did have the NTR content not filtered out. And to some Gangbang is basically NTR. There were a lot of mods, so it is easy to imagine you were going with the popular ones, and not what the recent updated mods were. Most the popular ones stopped getting updates years before I checked out their modding scene. My comment was only geared for the current modding scene at the time of the posting.
I don't know, maybe you're talking about that other mod that added like 4 new planets with characters from random H-Games in two of them, characters from Nyaruko in another and the other planet had Daiteikoku characters. The one I'm talking about is the one from this site(

) where it would have a title background from Muv Luv with the latest version and an earlier version uploaded that was shared on hongfire which had the included image as it's title background, they always had that stuff in a folder labeled [萌战] MOD事件包 even in earlier versions from years ago.

It was years ago, and even back when hongfire was a thing, it was pretty much accepted amongst that community the chinese mod scene had a lot of unlabeled and unseparated ntr/gangbang content. I saw the same thing in a few of the mods I pulled down at the time.
I don't get why you're defensive about this, and trying to tell me it was different on a very brief comment, but take a break dude. You're not an arbiter for truth and you won't change my mind. People can have different experiences, but imo you got a minority take for how things were years ago.
As far as which mods? I have no clue. I'm not active in this thread and haven't commented in here unless tagged. I have deleted this game, as I'm tired of the 'translation' community with this game series.

Hmm seems this version crashes everytime upon end turn (patched with english UI as well as unpatched)
That's my bad, I shouldn't have deleted the save folder outright. This one should work.
You have to run hsptmp.exe to play it with the UI in English.

There seems to be a problem with the machine translated dialogue, the game seems to take the normal coma (,) and ends the speech or description of whatever line is in progress. The Japanese coma (、) seems to make the sentence progress normally.
Its the coding language. Its made for Japanese language only. It uses Japanese text for dialogue, but English text for syntax. So, the game flips the fuck out when you try to translate it to English. Because the game just reads English as code, not dialogue.
