If you don't want to use the zip from me, search for 封淫洞窟エロネスト セーブデータ on google, look for a livedoor blog with a mega upload in it. This has a set of saves.
Accessing the gallery is done by holding V on a cleared save (Marked with a star.)

It just starts a new game+

I've already reached map 15 and it goes right back to the start. I only see this door closed and I've got no idea how to open it.

You gotta change your buttons to V. The way they are mapped currently has the Z,C, and V button all on the same button.
