I did everything correct (?). Change every Region and language to Japan/Japanese. Download the 1.04 version first then replace wwith the www file from 1.21. Use Locale Emulator to open game. It still said Failed to load:js/plugins/TitleImageChange.js
Is it missing ?

What do you mean?
You don't need to upgrade from v1.04.

Edit: Nope never mind, the problem is my save file(1.04)
Could anyone give me 100% save file for 1.21. version?

Common Installation Problem:
To correctly extract the raw Japanese version or my MTL you need to set your system locale to "Japanese(Japan)" or use another locale method.
Otherwise File names will be destroyed and the game crashes.

The easiest way to do this:
go to "Control panel" -> "Region and Language" in windows 7 / "Region" in windows 10-> "Administrative" -> "Change System Locale" and switch it to "Japanese (Japan)".
This will require a restart.

Once you have done that extract the raw version. Then extract my MTL so it merges with the "www" folder.
(I personally just use standard 7zip 64bit no extra language packs or anything like that)

If you experience a crash or game breaking bug after using the latest version, please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.

Known issue that will not be fixed:
-UI numbers are above text because of the condensed font. Cannot be fixed without breaking other font options.

I dunno if I'm being monkey but I deadass can not play this game, set my system locale to Japan, I've tried other solutions. The only time I was able to play this game is if I downloaded it from this link:

I played a little bit of it, enjoyed it quite a lot but now it seems like a deadend whenever I try to get the newer version.
I don't know what else I can do anymore & give up tryna fix this, might as well wait till october 30th when the game releases on Steam.
Pretty much just keep getting this message whenever I start up the game:

That is definitely a locale/unicode error.
Please make absolutely sure you changed your "system locale" and not just your "region". Windows 10 made that very confusing.
You can find a detailed tutorial here.

Edit: I should mention that you also need to extract it with Japanese(Japan) system locale, or you will end up with broken file names. So you most likely need to re-download the game afterwards.

Yeah Windows really went "Your settings are irrelevant unless you change it in the ways of Windows Server menus :)"
Thanks though cause it worked, kind of embarrassing that I hadn't thought of that when I've studied IT lmfao
