KG never announce ETA. They just say "we will translate XX" or "XX is getting relaese the NNth (usually 7-10 days after the annoucement)".
Since 2019, they have yet to talk about why it's taking so long. At best we get once per year a comment from one of the CM on discord saying "we're still working on the game, it's not cancelled".
Anyone's guess about the realease is as good as your great grandchild dead hamster's
At this point I'm pretty sure they aren't even planning to finish it and the only reason they still have it under announcements is to just prevent any Fan Translations from happening

And ? LAte summer '21 they said on discord to get ready for an announcement at the end of the year...
And the next time we had any info was a CM saying mid '22 that the project was still WIP.
Wait till you get an actual release date to get excited. Because 3 years worth of reworking the game. I'm more afraid of what's left of it in whatever they gonna release once they do it
