Look up "Sizer" by Brian Apps, it allows you to rescale windows to be bigger. Very useful for rpgmaker games like these

Worked perfectly, thanks so much!

For reference for anyone else, I just downloaded MSI version, then ran it, and with the game open press ctrl+windows key+z and it should open up a lot window with some resolutions.

Is the partial english only translate the menu?i downloaded and played it,but so far i only see only the menu has changed,is the game impossible to get translated?

Edit:i ve seen this mtl talking,how do i do it? I tried the mtool one but i cant because it said too many,text and that i need to change to pay tool version,is there no other way to do it?

It worked fine for me. After you dragged the game.exe to the MTool click the install&go near the middle left of the screen. It will take a few minutes to translate ingame though.
