Can anyone share the Sugoi Translator plugin?
Also does anyone know the purpose of the RedSugoi plugin, it doesnt work to translate at all and the file size (250KB) is definitely too small to have the offline dictionary anyways?

I am trying to translate the following game:
RJ207369

I get the error:
Error: Unsupported format / engine!
Can not successfully parse your game! Read the documentation here:

This game does not contain any files named Game.rgss3a.
The Game.exe file is a 100 mb and seems to contain all the stuff.
Any idea of how to use translator++ on it?

I have attached a image all files in the game folder

Please help

Thank you

I just translated a game but I noticed that something called "Word-Wrap" is happening, then I saw that there was an option called "Wraps Texts" but it creates many lines more than 5 and doesn't fit in the game, does anyone know how to leave a text no space?

My text is like this:
1-"Man, you really don't
2- know
3- anything about women, huh?
4-Alright, check it... You gotta watch
5-this one! I
6-totally recommend it!"

But I'm trying to make it look like this:
1-"Man, you really don't know anything about women, huh?
2-Alright, check it... You gotta watch this one! I
3-totally recommend it!"

Can this be used as a text extractor tool for already translated games? If not are there any other tools that would serve that purpose? I want to be able to extract all text from a game at once instead of going scene by scene

Yes, the red lines are warnings for areas that you shouldn't mess with (T++ will usually have them on graphic or audio file markers to prevent you from breaking a filename path you've translated). However, that doesn't mean they're idiot-proof and are gonna ensure your game won't break, especially if you just "batch translate everything and export translation" without knowing exactly what you're doing.

If RPGM MV, I'm guessing the problem lies in the System or Common Events maps. Uncheck those in T++ and/or remove the translations from those maps, then try again. If the menus work, you should go through (via process of elimination) and figure out what line(s) are causing the problem in those maps. However, consider that even RPGM games have complex lines of code and auto-translating will likely break something. Therefore, even if you fix your current problem, it doesn't mean you didn't unknowingly break something else by MTLing the game either. I'd strongly recommend understanding RPGM before auto-translating/MTLing, otherwise you're either gonna run into continuous problems or break something without (ever) realizing it.

EDIT: Also realized that if it's RPGM MV, you could've broken something in the plugins folder (www/js), which is a separate issue. For that, if you don't know what you're doing, I simply can't help there, since you'll need to go through each plugin anyway.

I was MTLing a game an it gave me a "missing XXX" error. because the filename was flucked up. For those games where file names are not in UTF-8\got flucked in UTF8 :

It will give a "missing XXX" error unless you run it in the same locale\your PC supports that standard. Locale emulator didn't help.

What I did was typed/OCRed the the file it says is missing. The filename in the error looked a lot like hex, so I dumped it into a "Hex to utf8" converter and it gave me the Jap text. Renamed it to that and it worked.

I spent more time than I would like to admit to try converting the flucked up name using "XXX to utf8" services, brain was kinda slow to realize the filename was already in utf8, just shown to us flucked up as that wasn't the original standard it was typed in.

Hey all, I am facing an issue while injecting my translation. I have default settings for Translator++ but when I apply my translation this happens.

orig: ShowInfo \i[33]トイカメラを起動した。
trans: ShowInfo \i[33] The toy camera has started.

actual: ShowInfo \\i[33] Started the toy camera.

The "\i[33]" is escaped with an additional backslash. Is there a way to disabale this?

Perhaps try using the "Replace All" function, replacing "\\i[33]" with "\i[33]"?

I tried that and then I got an "unexpected error". I am currently trying to figure out wth is going on. Seems like at some places a double backslash is required.
I figured out what the issue is. The "ShowInfo \...." tag requires a text with out spaces...
This will take a while to fix...

Hello friends, I need a little help with some games.
I need T++ to admit a folder of .txt files, to mark in red the lines that I don't want to translate, to translate the rest and to return the translated txt files.
I think it's the first option that the program should have...
I've tried creating an empty project, but then I don't know how to load the files :(
Does anyone know how to do it or can someone create one of those TPM scripts to load and run?
I have too many texts to do them one by one, even with good tools.
Thank you for your attention and greetings to all.

Having an issue with sugoi offline. When I do a batch translation on one dataset the engine only processes every other line. The error I get is
SyntaxError: Unexpected token U in JSON at position 0

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Hello. As far as I understand, if there is a large volume of files for translation, this kind of automation cannot be configured, except to translate everything and then manually exclude unnecessary text before importing it into the project.
The program can set exceptions or extra spaces in formulas and scripts, which is useful for games. Either your 5 text examples or certain exceptions, which is configured on the first page of the settings.

Maybe someone else can give you a more helpful answer..
Hello. I do not know if I explained well.
What I want is to load complete files into a project, all the lines unprocessed, and then mark the lines that I do not want to translate in red, so that it returns the files with the lines marked in red intact and all the others translated.
I still think that it is the most basic process that should be able to be done.
Isn't that what you say that it can be done?
