They're likely in the 'js' folder (plugins). If you're translating, newer versions of T++ have an option to include them in your translation, however they're tagged red or blue as a precaution, which you can remove or include in your output. You can also manually edit those files in Notepad++.In some games there are some menus that cannot translate translator++, this is because they are not in the data folder.Mostly they are secondary dialogues and some additional menus, could you please me in which folder to find them?
Just be aware that you should know what you're doing, as you can break your game (or your translation) if you just wildly batch translate/MTL or move things around without understanding how the scripting works.
