You're a guy or a girl, there's a dungeon with many weird themed levels, everything wants to make you more female/feminine, and/or into a bimbo/slut. There's a ton of fetishes.
Most fetish content is based on RNG, losses in combat, or falling for traps; but the game's hard enough that you're going to experience a bunch of fetishes regardless.
The game is mostly text-based, but there's image packs showing your genitals, your chest, your ass, your face, whatever you toggle on to see.

oh and there are a lot of options for the fetishes to disable them, or weaken them. eg. if you dont like diapers, you can disable them. if you like sissification you can disable the genderchange.

Get a program like Git or Gargoyle, and open the .gblorb file with it. Note that some versions of Git (137 specifically) get falsely identified as viruses.
