I cannot remember when, but an update or two ago they combined all the avatar versions with clothing windows. So Strateg, Danaume, WOnderfuller - all of them have a second Clothing version.
you can configure it in the start menu, like remove all male characters and replace them with their female counterparts, then, you can select if they are full pack futas, herm or sporting strap-ons.
if you don't touch the parameters, only a handful are or can become futas.

You've downloaded the old version from January.
Is the clothing version not updated to the last patch or something? Why does it say R15 V 3.1 instead of the R 15 V 5.1 of the rest?

At some point devs introduced 2 window\picture style, and merged Clothing with other versions.
So the first is always Clothing, the second you choose to show body changes (Strateg, Danaume, Keriax, Wonderfuller).
So no matter what version you choose, it will essentially be like 2 old versions merged Clothing+1 of your choosing.
Game usually switches windows to show body changes when they occur, or you can switch between clothing and second with button in the left top corner.

In the new version, I cant seem to get the question about ABDL kinks. I dont remember ever sayin no to them, but the question doesnt come up anymore. What do?

To me it was there, right after selecting the game settings it asked me about diapers
The generic new version = Danaume model
If you want another body model download it separately, they're all standalone (if you already had the game set up from before), so just get the 1 file you want
According to the discord, you need to download and run DiaperQuest in the same folder and load into the dungeon, that should allow access to the ABDL stuff in TQ
