You just have to invest in you home and call her up. Just spend some more money on furniture.

Best approach: call her, if she leaves before entering => get more stuff outside (trees, flowers, ...). If she gets in and then leavs => get more furniture. Save game, buy most expensive stuff you can afford. If it's not working, load and get some more money... repeat

There is a bit inconsistency in story. Back at night before jaguar scene , Dianna stated that only thing MC's father ever stole was fame. he cared not for treasures and now (later) he supposedly stole something from Dianna's ex boss , her words.

Anyone know where or how I can pick up an extra broken key? I'm at the point in the latest version where I need to make the key that uses the pirate medallion, artifact, and 2 broken keys. I think at some point I had 4 and made a chest key that I used previously. Maybe that was a screw up. Anyway, now I only have the one that I just got in this release. I'm stuck so if you know I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
