Yes, you should be able to change the numbers of save slots.
Check file "rpg_managers.js" around line 320 and change the value. The file is stored in "www/js" folder.

I know there are a lot of dudes that get stuck but it is mainly because of laziness or not caring enough about the game... they just play it for the porn content so what can be expected ?

I suspect your game is corrupt. Delete it completely and install the new full version v75031.

I have a bug that prevents the last update from going through. In the jungle, when you collect 3 palm leaves, near the bird that you need to scare away, you can climb onto the ledge from above using the hook that is given to you. But I get a bug when I use this hook on this ledge, the animation of the hook and climbing the ledge does not occur, and the main character simply stands in place and does not move anymore, I just have to load the last save. How to get past this moment and get rid of the bug?

Yes, i had that problem too. Seems to be a bug. Try to position yourself differently. I was able to pick up the toothbrush when i was standing in the doorway

Depends on what Android version of the game you play. The official or a ported one.

The official version don't have the option to save without rooting your phone as far as I remember.

The ported version has an save option and your saves will be there after you updated your APK to the newest one.
