This is a question of marketing. What brings more money,
ToF is very successful and new players always come like more. These always new players have the always same question and the always same uncertainty, how to find your way in an unknown forum.
This belongs together : always more money <--> always the same beginner questions.
If you ban these same questions, then these new players will find ToN stupid and not pay for it.
