I wish I could help you fren but I don't have any exp with RPGM so you'll have to wait for someone else

Use this RPGM decryptor python script and then use your standard cruncher tool to convert .png to webp by keeping the .png extension. And there is one extra step you need to do... something needs to be switched off for being able to use decrypted files. But I can't remember which file it was.
