Doesn't the note in the room literally tell you the directions you have to move the girls? There is something wrong in the steps to get Kaley in that position.

Yup... advance the story the recipe is in the Vesper mansions pool hall... if you are earlier in the game ALL other nitro you get comes from the doc via story advance !

The Genesis Order is progressing as we get closer to the chapter 1 release. Depicted here is the heavily secured entry into the police station. This is where our new hero works, but unlike his officer friends, he spends a lot of time in a cube. He needs some adventure!
