Well I think if it was 6, I think some of the girls would have already had like 5 or 6 by now. I know there should be 1 or 2 more updates before it's completed. The Genesis Order will take priority afterwards.

So, I've completed the latest update. Super hot Jessica scene btw... Temple & Sofia, meh - well if you're into mmmf-foursomes, it's okay I guess. I don't like Sofia's changed looks after the ritual - her milf version was much hotter than the younger one.

Anyway I'm only missing the latest extra (44/45). Where is it located?

There are 3 chests in the puzzle temple(Rewards for completing X amount of puzzles). The contents of the 3rd chest just got added.
