I mean . . . the version number also marks the % of the game. So this is version .89 the game is 89% complete and it's going about 2% ish per update

A Set Of Saves
This archive has saves for each update starting with v54101 (54%) through the most recent, v89064 (89%). Starting with the save at 67%, all house upgrades have been bought, temple puzzles solved, and fishing challenges complete (except Bruce) and the MC is rich. At 77% Bruce is caught. For each save, all KS Pages, extras, etc have been completed.
No cheats or mods (other than the incest patch) were used for any of these, just lots of grinding. These will NOT break your game. View attachment ToN Saves v54101-v89064.rar

Claiming a random's wonky patched version is buggy while also requesting a working file with 12 posts in over a year probably won't end well

What does the incest patch do? Is Janet actually MC's mother or aunt or something? And Kaley is MC's sister or cousin?
Can I reuse the patch from an earlier build of the game, or do I have to wait until it's updated on here?

The patch linked in the OP is the latest & best patch, and works with the current version.
NOTE: It's not perfect. There are a few instances where the names are hard-coded in (eg "Janet" instead of "Mom") and the patch can't fix it. there would need to be a re-code, and no one's gonna bother to do that, certainly not until the game is finished.
