I couldn't agree more. Like, I think, almost everyone else, I've been lavishing praise on this game since its first release; it was deserved—excellent and diverse models, nice setting, intriguing story with different kinks, and a very decent gameplay that allowed players to work a little bit for the content without being too annoying. Now, it's been quite some time since the game started going downhill, and I'd argue it nosedived during the latest few updates.
You know, I don't expect top quality writing in a porn game—if I get it, it's a bonus, of course—but there're some minimal requirements that as of late are not met even in the most basic aspects. The heavy focus on group scenes, which I don't usually like to begin with, but can enjoy if they're well built, is both a consequence of and a contributor to that.
The story is so stretched now it's beyond the laws of physics. So much so that even a comic book writer going all in on decompressive storytelling (say the creature known as Brian Michael Bendis, for example) might hesitate af this point. It's just not good or rich enough to last that many updates. Perhaps, it could've been done if they had focused on developing the main character and the different ladies, even some of the side characters, who happen to be quite funny (the guard is underrated, IMV). Slowing down on the main story and building the relationships while fleshing out the characters not only would've made the sex scenes much hotter, but would also have served the purpose of stretching the game more naturally without "burning" the characters, and the players, like that.
Right now, the best thing that could happen to TON is... well, ending. Let's hope the developer doesn't repeat the same mistakes in the next game.
