I think they included a clean config.set file with the update, try downloading the patch again and overwrite it.

Regarding the incest patch...

This looks kinda wonky: (She is introducing the protagonist to her husband.)


Here is an edited file that changes "Your Son" back to "1Hero" so that it shows your characters name in these instances.

This seems to be the most safe edit as it only reverts that instance back to default. If you are the author of the patch and want to fix this yourself let me know and I'll take this down.

You are correct. The update-only files have a new config.set file which will replace the incest patch.

when you try to climb it with emily, you will fall and get hurt, after the mri scene, you will be able to get the rope that is on the floor, then go to the store and buy the hook, combine the 2, then you will be able to get that along with a few other items you will need
