I am not sure what is criteria on Steam but they could finish the story and update side content later. Regardless I will wait patiently and once game is completed play it again

As far as I remember LE appeared in Steam when it was completed. This means that ToN will appear there when it is completed.

Keep in mind that the time of release isn't necessarily the same as the time we get to see it here. It can easily take another day before it spills over to this or any other pirate site.

Normally it shows up a few hours later. I'm actually wanting to support at some point. I just hate Patreon and the patreon model. Buy me a coffee or one of the others would be better.
