If you play on a toaster, maybe. Try updating most drivers you can think of/check if MV is eating all your RAM/upgrade to a non-potato PC/stop playing any version that isn't "official, full-size, not compressed, not Android, no cheats, no mods"
well i can play any AAA-game at high without problems but this game freezes at random
i have an Core i7 9800X, 32GB DDR4 RAM and 2 GTX 980ti's
drivers are up-to-date

Here a few options:

1. Tell Windows which graphic card should be used for TON.

2. Tell your graphic card to except TON - Add application to list - in NVIDIA Software.

Deactivate the SLI.
For the next time do not buy 2 graphics, practically no game uses SLI technology and if you use it it goes badly enough (buy only one graphic)
Look at your hard drive or ssd to see if the problem is there.
See that your processor does not get too hot (having good ventilation is important)
The 32 gb of ram do not matter if they are not well placed, 1 slot, 3 slot well placed (x16 gb ram)
Pass the malwarebytes to see if you have Trojans or viruses.

Reinstall the Treasure of nadia and put it in another partition.

It doesn't matter if you have a pc, if you don't take care of it and clean it. Your pc is mid-range and what weighs it down is the gtx 980ti, you don't know that with each update of nvidea the old one bugges or stops performing.

Intel Core i9-9900 3.1 GHz, 64gb ram, Gtx 1080 ti gygabite, hd 2tb, ssd 1tb, 1000w platinium within the high range this would be mid-range

Remember also that AAA games are designed and coded by some of the absolute best programmers in the entire world. They are experts and resource management and allocation, and at the bigger studios they have dozens of people working to solve these problems, with access to tens of millions of dollars in funding.

NLT is a dude on Patreon.

That seems harsh towards NLT, but I don't mean it as such. It's a reminder that just because your PC can handle the last Lara Croft game that it should be able to handle this pokey little pron game is flawed thinking. It's not that straightforward. For example, I built my own rig and it ran Far Cry 4 at 1080p/60fps; but playing a game like The Twist causes all kinds of hangups and load freezes and such, even running windowed at lower res.

The Twist runs on Unity, which is a complete trash and unoptimised engine. "Yeah, lemme have unlimited FPS cause I can't code a hard limit, so your graphics card goes batshit crazy trying to splurge all the FPS it can without stopping, cause it can't without a hard limit nobody coded". < Welcome to Unity (and/or bad coding)

Earlier (most of them actually) versions of MV were also utter garbage, thanks to a massive memory leak built into the engine that would eat all available RAM within about 1/2 hour of playing. Anything below 8GB will crash hard if played for more than 1 hour straight, possibly less. Check on Dlsite, early MV games (or ones that don't use the latest aka less than a year or so versions) recommend 8GB+ at minimum. Without 3D or anything, just basic RPGmaker with 2D and minimal stuff

You can try , it's what I used and it didn't mess up the game for me.

Variable #2 is money, at least it is for me. Items # 7,8,9, and 10 are the talismans. (Item #7= Stone, Item #8= Jade, Item #9= Sliver, and Item # 10 = Gold)
So im having troubled finding the save file, even though I followed the path listed on the first page. Any thoughts?
