Its not on that room its on the one to the right of that one (the one with the puzzle solution) should have a cracked tile in the ground. Same with the white sand in the maca beach.

then go to where maca plants are go top left and find the chest for the page

nope its only 2-3% and around a 5% each month

Each update so far has had 2/3% and it updates roughly every 2 and a half weeks so a 5% a month sounds realistic. Then again plans change we dont know whats going on behind the scenes.
