-No, more money they have, the longer it takes for updates to come out.

now...the strange part is that... i have already seen this scene before this update before in the game.... and somehow my saves are screwd..!!!

if you are at 48% you are on a cheated save. this version is 32051 so if you done everything you should be at 32% AFTER finishing this update.
