how do you install update only?

Download the update, drag and drop the zip file into the game folder. So it's in the row with locales, swiftshader, www, credits, ... then right click on the zip file and select "extract here" a menu should pop up select yes to all. Done.

Have you found the new Kamasutra page, the bonus "profile" thingie for Alia AND unlocked the bonus room with all 3 available upgrades? How to get all of these has been explained within the last few pages of this thread.

no it goes to 46 %. You must be missing something.

Where do I paste the saves?

Windows: The save files are located in: \Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\User Data.
Mac: Users/Username/Library/Application Support
Android: The save files are in android/data but are only accessible in rooted phones.
