How did you get it, for I also did miss this and despite many visits to the library cannot get the outfit.

You do know even if you download v46, if you're not on that step in the story nothing will happen ? Check the crystal. Then if both the crystal and v46 tell you to go somewhere and nothing still happens : you screwed your game somehow and we can't do anything
