Legit question or not, it is way too easy for the lazy posters to come in here and throw out a question without even reading the last two pages. In most cases the answer will be there because of the other lazy posters. In extreme cases, they might even have to go to the very top right hand side of the page and enter their question in the SEARCH box to find an answer.

The original answer is correct. All chest keys are the same and will work in any chest, except the ones that have a unique name like "Pirate Chest". In that case the key will have a name that matches the chest name.
I fell for the joke, not because i was lazy or anything.
