The "$SM-Container" & "SM-Miltivitamins" are missing from the update packages, causing loading errors at the supermarket.

I haven't checked for the rest, but it would be a good idea to have a look at it.

Missing images is 100% you skipped an update or you failed at basic counting version numbers. Multi-vitamins was in either v48 or v51, you didn't update that version and went straight to v54. You'll have to search for those older versions or get v54 fullbuild. Or get good when updating

is there a way to UNcraft something? I made a pirate key (used up two broken keys) instead of a chest key so now I'm 2 broken keys short.

I did the same thing but I only had 3 keys to begin with (must have missed a broken key in an earlier version) so I'm down to only 1 now with 4 needed to open the lighthouse chest.
