Probably chest key. When you found end of cave with Diana and Clare, you'll find a chest. Right beside that chest, there's a small button. Step on it. Another button will appear. Keep pressing and find another button (go to your right), you'll find the key to open that chest.

Thanks a bunch. That was a tricky one that didn't jump out at me; appreciate the game play though. Amazing update to have created in only two weeks... NLT Media does it again.

Stupid question : the last kamasutra page we could get in Lust Epidemic said "beach scene available in treasure of nadia" (or something like that), so, do we need to transfer our save ?

I think that was the scene of Brad and Val on the beach where you use binocular to spy on them. No need to transfer our save.
