I had the previous version before the updated one yesterday. How will i install the update only. Am i to put it in the same file as the previous one or how?.

You must unpack the update to the main folder of the game, and confirm the replacement of files.
Drag the archive contents Update only v46 -> Full game v44, and you will get the full version.

hello, i forgot Jessica's kamasutra page in 38068 update, the chest is in the sofia's mansion but i can't find the key chest. i searched everywhere even in the liste of chests and keys. hep me please, i have 19/20 pages and 45% (46082)

The key is in the Park, in a new location where you need to kill ants. There you need to solve the puzzle with the stones, and the key will appear.
If you are at the beginning of the version, then do not rush with the chest. They can't always be opened immediately.
