Give it time, we've all been there(Though I personally didn't care, cuz at time I was trying understand how mentally unstable our MC was and couldn't understand basic math, let alone interactions)

Depending on where in the story you are it may get worse before it gets better, but it will get better. I don't want to spoil it for you and Deb's hands are far from clean, but eventually we learn that despite all the shit that's been injected into their lives, no one loves the MC more than Dab and she'd make the ultimate sacrifice for him with a second thought, and he for her for that matter.

Their relationship is far from normal and falls outside the boundaries we generally assume apply. There is endless debate about this in this thread, so your reaction is far from unusual. All I can say is that, despite periods in the story where I'd completely agree with you, as the story progresses their relationship contributes a lot to my enjoyment of this VN.

I've found that sticking with the tale has proven well worth my time. I hope you find the same.

I'm sorry to hear that you don't like her model but some really like fit women. Others like fat women or skinny women. You never quite know what will get someone's engine revving to go. You aren't going to be able to please everybody. There is always going to be some malcontent who finds fault with a character model. Breasts too big or too small. Not wide enough in the hips etc etc. If Millie's body ruins the entire game for you then the game probably wasn't all that great to begin with. On my part, I like variety. It does get boring seeing the same basic porn star body over and over in countless VNs.

I think the issue is a minor point of the story you may have either not gotten to or forgot. The reason she looks like she does is because the mentality she had while being kept from the MC, her father, was to one day be strong enough to "kick his ass" and she knew he was in the military and remembered him being strong and fit. She worked hard to tone her body and be extremely athletic. I will admit that sometimes her facial expressions are a bit off but I assumed it was because I have this on android and I think the rendering may be different but she is not unattractive or a bad model. In fact, as a muscular woman, she is still very much nice to look at. As the replies to this before me have stated, everyone has their own personal preferences and there is no single model type that will please everyone. Hope you can get past this and enjoy the story.

I just feel like it's undeniable that if the daughter were more "conventionally attractive" the number of downloads would 100% be more than doubled. Possibly in the millions. Its fine because the dev made what he wanted to make and its up to me to just take it or leave it but it just hurts knowing this could have been one of the multimillion download hits.

I empathize with this so much, I'm genuinely not trying to be judgmental if thats peoples thing power to them. It just has a strange effect on me where as soon as I see her come on screen its jarring and bizarre to me and immediately pulls me out of the immersion DESPITE the fact that the writing explains it and adapts it to the story perfectly. I just its just one of those things I can't get used to and I really wish I could because the writing is publish worthy.

Tastes vary. Which when you consider the breadth of human attractiveness is a good thing. To my taste, she is the hottest woman in the VN (although the Asian chicks give her a run for my money) . To each their own, there's no accounting for taste.

Tastes vary. I think she is "conventionally attractive". Young. Fit. Healthy. I find her pretty. So to me she falls well inside the bell curve of attractive women, which by definition makes her conventionally attractive.

I get that aspects of her appearance strike you badly, but you might consider that your reaction to those aspects is in the minority.

Its been a while since I played as I have been waiting to play every other update, but iirc, in addition to her father inspiring her to look like an amazon, she was also bullied as a young girl growing up without her father who was out of the picture by then. Her getting stronger and working out helped give her the confidence to not take shit from anyone and actually helped her stand up to the bullies that were picking on her new school friend.

Its also probably helps explain why her new confident and dominating personality attracted one of the bullies to her, to where she actively begs to be punished by her and tries to seduce her. While I love gingers, I can also appreciate her not having a conventionally attractive body, but still be very pretty to me. If anything is frustrating me, is the MC finally acquiesces to her desire, but then continues teasing her and not giving her what she wants most....which is only driving her insane with sexual lust and frustration to where she is actively considering pursuing being with other girls. I don't have a problem with her experimenting, I'd just prefer for her to keep it in the family with Deb and the other ladies at the house.

While I get why the MC was so angry with Deb and the rest of his family (outside of Milly who didn't know), but I was really hoping he'd get over it by now and realize why they did what they did and just how much Deb loves and has always loved him.

The MC in this game/novel is an intolerable git. I've not encountered an MC so selfish or so arrogant and cruel in any of the hundreds of novels I've read. And his double moral standard is equally insufferable. Having said that... I still read through until the end of the available play... but I gritted my teeth and put it down too many times through the read. IMHO, MCs have to be likeable if they're going to be successful at building a harem. And this makes this guy's harem unbelievable. Sorry... not sorry.

You understand that his family is IMMENSELY WEALTHY right? Based on what we've seen wealth in the billions. Let me illuminate one of the worlds great truths. The need to be likable to attract companions is inversely related to wealth.

I agree in the sense where lately, he frequently gets on his moral high horse and picks and chooses what he decides is wrong and what is right. He often times, had no problem justifying or giving in to his own personal desires and lust, while judging those around him for wanting to do the same...especially when it comes to anything taboo...he easily denies those who are supposedly important to him from experiencing many of the same vices or desires he also indulges/took part in.

Too often of late, he just comes across as a hypocrite and a boor, and while he does have some merit for his reasoning...imho he takes it too far and continues to risk pushing all those who care and love him, permanently away. Its been said the road to hell is paved with good intentions, something his family and loved ones are guilty of, but he is certainly doing his damnedest to join them.

I agree that he is a maladjusted prick who needs roughly all of the therapy but I also hate to admit that I've seen worse. I cannot stand the dickhead protagonist of Summer's Gone. He will let a woman bleed out in the street because his childhood crush got bit by a spider and ever since he doesn't care about humans. I painfully grind my teeth when I play many of the VNs that focus on corruption like Sugar Baby Galore. That guy is a jerk even on the guidance path. I love Ataegina but that sorcerer is a toolbag no matter how you play him. Now I do sympathize that the mutually exclusive moral rectitude, self-righteousness, and excessive licentiousness of this particular protagonist are galling to any reasonable person, but take... umm... comfort? Yes comfort that is can always get worse.
