Well I can tell you 3 things... 1) Old saves don't work, yet again (even if you copy them across from the old appdata folder I just get errors)... 2) For some reason he's coded it so that if you mute the music audio evey time you reopen the game it's back to being at 1/2 volume... and 3) Yeah there's just black screens for some of the scenes saying "for patreons only".
Midget pretending to be a baby is one of the dudes that fucks the mother/wife and also the sister/daughter.

This "Little Man" movie is the 2006 'classic' by the Wayans brothers, right? LOL, if that is the case then, I had similar thoughts when I watched the movie, this seems like a good premise for an NTR adult game

Just reading the OP and looking at the promo pictures, I think that it won't have any resemblance, except for the grown up 'minime Tyrone' mistaken for or impersonating a toddler, that serves as the spark or catalyst for whats to come.The HS visuals looks pretty decent, not the best but on par if not better than the average.
