For screenshots, pressing F5 will remove the UI and take a screenshot and the pose that you created for sharing. You'll find them in your captures folder.

btw the default setting is for this capture to be a very small image, used only for the thumbnails in the scene list. If you want good screenshots you need to go to the settings and turn on Hi-Res Screenshots under Utility.

Is there any news about the version update?

From what has been shared, the update will not come this week. It will release this month, that is for sure
