just downloaded 0.23 p1 (TwinHillsTale-TESTPC-.23p1.zip), but when i unzip it the folder says TwinHillsTale-0.21f-pc . Also when i load a 0.21 save (near the end of 0.21),
then it says "This is it for now. You can safely save your game right now or a few screens back."

Thank you very much for your time and your invaluable help.I sincerely apologize for being too bloody lazy myself to have properly trawled this thread for a solution.
Lesson learned. I feel suitably chastened and I shall think twice in future before accusing others of this particular brand of sloppiness.
That version was not supposed to get released to the public yet so Rocky only added the new content in Sandbox Mode.
In June he said that in part 2 of this update he will include an updated Narrative mode and more content but now it looks like it will never happen.

The developer hasn't been on the forum since July, so I doubt he's active. And the last update (a patch) of the game is from June and it wasn't even made public in patreon. The last public update is from April.

Another tragic demise of a very good game. I do hope the creator(s) okay. The suddenness of it all feels unsettling. I liked the upbeat, likeably brash, easygoing humility of the mc. I loved the girls, enjoyed the humor, liked the smooth-flowing story, had no problem whatsoever with the sandbox.
It was great all-round; solid, well-written, good-spirited, highly entertaining and sexy fun. I discovered this one late, but I would've happily chipped in to Patreon had this still been alive and kicking ass. Ah well. As I said, I just hope the creator(s) okay.

Hey Guys!
Really sorry about all this time off. Like many others at the time I had an truckload of family issues to deal with regarding health and all that comes with it. To cute a very long story short; lost access to many of my accounts and had to step off for quite some time.
Just today I got my old pc running again and manage to salvage all my work.
I'm happy to say that, even with a lot of bumps on the road, life took some better turns. Now I'm a full time game dev working with Unreal.
Now, with things and health in order, I plan to finish this project as a chapter and upgraded it. I REALLY learned a hell of lot on the past years. Won't promise you guys a date today but will keep you all posted.
