In the game right now there is only two characters who are both Hailthorns however in future episodes there will be other futa characters who are different species and also a transgender character.

I understand there might be some technical limitations but I am sure I have seen some variety in this illusion environment in the past. You will have the choice in these scenes to be "top" or "bottom". As for the dicks aside from size there's not a lot of variety available for me in engine but I'm still learning, hopefully in future episodes I can figure out how to get a bit more variety.*Looks around the room*

Different sizes would be enough to at least differentiate them from character to character. And yes while it might be a porn cliche for the main character to be sizable/well endowed, I wasnt expecting to see the MC with small prick, much less one that is identical to everyone else's. I mean it is still porn, albeit with a decent story so far. For instance I'd expect the physically larger races to also be...well larger? On average. Idk it makes sense right?
While I am sure some would want the MC to be the absolute largest around, I am not necessarily asking for that unless maybe the book does some magic mojo or something. Like if races like larger "beastmen", or orcs and minotaurs show up for example then idk how a normal human would hope to "compete". It would be really funny if everybody looked the same as below. I hope you get what I mean.
I uh, cant really say exactly how tall the characters are but just "eyeballing" it...well I doubt many would disagree that this is pretty underwhelming for any character, let alone the MC in an erotic novel.

Without giving too much away MC will find himself with "enhanced equipment" before too long. I chose to start him off with less impressive junk to kind of lean in to the average joe feel. Whilst I do want to keep dick sizes closer to more realistic standards, I agree with what your saying about the need for variety, especially with some of the larger folk.
