Weekly development update.
Pretty decent progress. I got done with the rest of the last school scene, the potion shop scene, although that one admittedly turned out quite short this time around, as well as the beginning of the Emily, Alyvia and Mya alone-at-home part of the update. I think it was a good decision to make these scenes as even though the main thing that is supposed to happen during the time the MC is away wouldn't have been too much of a problem to get across even if it were to happen off-screen there is a lot of detail in there that would have gone missing otherwise (or rather, it would never have happened as I wouldn't have written it). Its also just kind of fun to do a bigger segment without the MC for once.

Anyway, you'll be the judge of it at the end of the day but I'm having a good feeling about it. Apart from that I can't think of much more to write, I'm kind of just rendering.

If an update goes from 0.9 to 1.0 not necessarily means it's finished, a lot of games goes from 1.1 to 1.2, or 0.87c to 0.95b, the next update could be 0.10.
So don't be afraid, cause the games is far from ending

Yeah, just have to recall the minecraft version, then everything is straightforward. We are not having minecraft version 3.1 because we have 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, etc.

Baibai thinks he'll be able to finish the renderings this month, but there's still the coding and translation to do (and Baibai likes long texts lol). Perhaps end of June...

Not yet but it'll probably/maybe happen 2 or 3 days after she returns from her trip. The next update will hopefully cover Monday-Wednesday and during that time the MC has to make enough money to have his mom not worry about losing her job. So it might happen in the next seven days after Wednesday. Take all this with a grain of salt though.

That reminds me, he has yet to find someone to develop the website.

Alright, I got done with the Emily, Alyvia and Mya alone-at-home part and I'm back rendering scenes with the MC present. I will have to be kind of careful going forward when talking about these scenes though as not to spoil things. This is kind of hard for me, partly because I'm pretty excited about some of this stuff, partly because I have a very hard to suppress need to fill paragraphs in general and I guess there is also somewhat of a developer's reflex where you feel the need to build hype.

Anyway, I think I'll leave it at that as I already had to cut this text down a few times because I keep writing stuff I don't want you guys to know. Rendering wise I'm on a pretty good pace though. Also, here is a little render for mother's day (please don't take it as an actual mother's day gift idea).

Where did BaiBai say the next update covers Monday only? There are too many events happening in the previews for it to be only one day.

The doctor's visit is on Monday and he's off from school that day due to that. There are several events happening in school and they can't be on Monday. There's also the date with Mrs. Clements plus the "special" date with Emily.
