Yes I get that from reading the Dev's comment. That was not my question though. Let me rephrase it. Can you get Gender Bender/Transform option scenes if you avoid gay content?

Yes, because the transformation is part of the story. Gay content is optional depending on your choice on the train in the beginning.
Rejecting or accepting the voice is just another switch to toggle in-game content and in this case it is rape. There is now a message showing up in V0.0.5. I don't think that happened in V0.0.4 but maybe I missed it.
You can decide to keep the dog or not (enable/disable bestiality) shortly before the end of the current version.

But I had a lot of problems this month which made me remove several parts ... I left only the parts that would not cause problems or require a second interception.
So this month I'll be bringing the second part of the update (0.055) and at the end of the month the normal update 0.06.
Brief explanations.
You do not disable the voice, the voice is part of the game, it is the subconscious of the protagonist. Rejecting the voice in the scene with Ginger only blocks the rape content.
To those who did not like the new update, know that was the best I could do this month. Not every month can bring a content that pleases everyone, I just waiting for each one of you to understand and enjoy!

I don't mind sharing the game with you all but I'ld rather not give out this code without greono's consent. Not that I want to keep it all for myself but out of respect for him. I think you can decide if you want to support his game (and get the code) or not just by playing the regular game. I don't mind if any of his other patreon give it out though, to each his principles.

Let me bring just a general idea, not a critique. Your direction is going toward the deepening of the various character, and I see why, but it's this the best path?
You are not just writing a story but a porn story.
Many other game just run out of the kinkyness of the content while developing chracters imho.
That's because imo the kinkyness is brought from situation and it's quickness, by immediate character and relationships not through development and evolution of them.
There is a very short span of time between the point you are sexually attracted to someone and the time you know him too much to find it sexy anymore. This is true in real life as in literature for many (not everyone but many).
So you think that evolve through the story arc the relationship between MC and other characters it's the best way to create a good porn story that intrigues the reader?
In your opinion it is more interesting to move in a world with "the closeted thug" than a world with Bret and it's misery for having lost Lindsey?
