well sadly this isn't only dev who has 1 choice options. that just gives players false idea that there are choices in game.

Damn I was hoping for some future tags like Futa/Lesbian/Multipenetration with toysIs something needed for change the language? just english option is allowed, can't or don't know how to change it ...

you need translation mod for whatever language you want, keep in mind japanese and chinese translations are rare as are translations to middle-eastern languages and russian too. to get translation to your preferred language you need to request it on proper subthread.
I'm really liking the direction this has taken. Especially with the cuckquean Wife angle. Really hoping to see more here, and kudos to the Dev!
