Once you start dating one of the girls the sex scenes will be in the later parts of that girls route.
Routes are several hours long so depends on your reading speed really.

This is the reason I got hooked up playing HOI IV (to use its planes lmao). Also Zero ftw, as common as it was back then, it's still pretty insane cutting-edge technology for WWII era.
