I totally understand your point. I am also a consumer that prefers both stuff. Sometimes, I play games that were created especially for Harem's route, and sometimes I prefer the other ones. So, I thought it would be nice if I can mix it! Even though what I am focusing on now seemed to be a corruption route. I don't want to talk about NTR now because I am not sure about that word. However, I can confidently say that Hiro isn't a cuckold, at least for now, and will never be forced to. He didn't allow bad situations to happen. He didn't know it, did he? In this version, he is just an idiot that is going to lost everything if he choose the wrong way or the right way for someone. What I really did is to show players what is going to be if they choose those choices. According to many comments, I realize that those choices aren't actually supportive for Hiro. Did you read the overview? It makes it look like a 50-50 type of game with choices. Then the MC's name is Hiro and the game's called Underdog... Nothing prepares you for a 90% heavy NTR focused game, with the 10% left, being you trying to stop it.

From my perspective, when I see a new game, the first thing I do is look for the "corruption" and "ntr" tags. I ignore most other games. If it has those, then I look to make sure it doesn't have tags I don't like (like "sissification"). So in my case, adding NTR to the game does add value - it makes me take a deeper look at the game.

From a storytelling point of view, NTR adds emotional impact. I don't play games with a "harem" tag that don't have "ntr" simply because there is no risk, no emotional rollercoaster. The game is literally designed to allow me to bang every woman in sight and there's no consequences for me. With an "ntr" tag, I'm now made aware that if I don't play the game carefully, I may lose the woman I'm interested in. NTR gives the game challenge.
