When comparing Options 1 and 2, it is difficult to say.
You might want to use a blend. As the omni-intellectual who creates everything that everyone loves, I shall decide.
When your character is directly talking to someone, then you want them to face who they are talking to. When they are making a monologue or a conversation that can lead into a monologue, then you want them to face away. So you want "Mom" to face "Sister" when she is directly talking to her and then change to talking away when she is speaking but more likely to speak to herself even if there is intention to talk to the "sister" because it is part of the setting commonly used in plays and stories where characters speak but the purpose is to speak to the audience or reader rather than an actual character even though the conversation hasn't actually cut away to who that person was talking to therefore avoid breaking the fourth wall.
Trust me, you will all thank me.

Therefore, scenes might change with newer content. It depends on how corrupt they are. Also when they engage in sex their corruption will go down, unless the sex is with you.
*8) Dream realm. This was also in that same game, but I think it was oddly utilized. But I think it should be that you can enter someone's dreams, which should be different for each character and for different parts of the story as well as the emotion the character was in based on your interactions for that day if at all. So you can rape them in their dreams, not just in their sleep. Or get them to rape you in their dreams. I am sure Xalenda can come up with something if you ask and offer enough time and Xalenda was available. He has a knack at that kind of stuff. Imagining sex is kind of his thing. Plus it takes less time writing it out than it does drawing and coding it.

. Implementing a game in a game is difficult. One way which matches closer to what Chilly might prefer is that you encounter random phantoms which is similar to Sexnote but are actually servants of the Imprison Demonness that when you have sex with will increase your corrupt energy, which is an alternate way to raise your corrupt energy than by other means that might be out of character of how you plan to play the game. So they are randomly place here or there and you can fuck them like time had frozen or whatever. Increase your corrupt points and what not. How many fuckamon should there be? Depends on what YOU want or what Chilly would had wanted if he had any interest in this, or Xalenda. I am sure either would go for a smoking Rapidash, I know would. Gradevoir and Lopunny are a must. I would even including the Hex Maniac, even though she isn't a pokemon. Could make her one. She is a creepy enough character to fit in. But remember, it is not Pokemon. If you're planning to implement the second choice, I might suggest a resize of the images while they talk, so they won't need to be transparent and they will cover less screen when 2 characters or more are talking.
It doesn't need to be very tiny but nothing that big like vanilla.
If this takes too much work for you, the second option suggested alone doesn't look that bad since it will only cover screen while they are talking, it will not cover any special interaction so, good to go too.
Edit: I was out for a long time, good to see lots of good improvement on your mod!

Those are alot of good ideas, let's see if our modder will have time and patience ( and someone to make the scenes) to include them on this mod.
Apart from the obvious content that will not be added, everything else is possible, it just depends on Boku and how far he wants to take his version.
- Sleeping scenes were never consistent; we just had one that was Sidney sleeping, but even the context was just a place-holder babysitting scene (no idea why). So it's not mandatory to be added, but I wouldn't mind helping create content for it.
- Pregnant is an obvious no, let alone l01i pregnancy, and at this point, I refuse to believe that people around here aren't aware that it will not be a thing, I think Boku should add ANOTHER RED LINE saying not to ask for pregnancy and give a warning to anyone who disobeys cuz this is going to get annoying fast.
- I like the idea of giving more screen time to Amanda and the others but rewriting characters' routes or making extra routes are complex cases since Boku would have to take it into consideration right away instead of coming back months later to add so he wishes, I don't think we should expect any bigger difference between the OG and Chillys routes. Of course only Boku's know about it.
- Sexmon or whatever is a cool idea but I cannot think of a context to fit it in naturally during the main game. Maybe on a side-quest, or after the game ending in a DLC type of way, but yeah...
- The only character that has sex with us without us being in control is Neala and is just one scene, so I presume this fall under the layer of "UD Fans wouldn't like it cuz is not what UD was made to be", like the NTR debate. So not likely.
- Dream Realm is only useful if it has new scenes or replaces the corruption button during the night (so an extra mini-game map) and I guess you could add monsters there, like the fukermons maybe?
- Kelly's design is my favorite from the l0l1s so more of her would be nice, but then again, extra scenes would be necessary.
- Pixie only works by rewriting her inside the already finished story of the game, a lot of extra work for a character that people might or not like, it's a gamble at best, but it could work.
- The High School part is the bigger question mark that I have about the game, Chilly made that in there you play as Neala (which I hate btw) but apart from some dialogues there is nothing in there, so if Boku's want to add-in he is gonna have to come up which most of the content himself. Of course, we have some topics already, like the beach Couch, her friendship with the director from peter's school, and Neala's backstory (her step-mom), but coding and dialogue would have to be made from the ground zero.
Overall most of the ideas are quite good, we just shouldn't expect them.

Just Ms Amos daughter would be hard to make if boku tries to separate theyr story and content.
About the Sleeping sex, I just find it funny because MC mom goes into him while he sleeps but he doesn't do the same with his mom or sister ( bruh ), plus with this idea there is no need for the dream realm, later on they could just mention they "dreamed" about them doing it.
