Working on a cheat menu that will show up under the Q-Menu. If I get this to work without breaking the game, I'll be adding it to the next version of the SmurfyPatch. Unsure if I should lock it away so you can't accidentally find it and cheat without meaning to, but first I have to make it actually work and THEN I'll look into "hiding" it.

I should be able to get a cheat menu up relatively soon. Just deciding if I want to split it up from the regular patch or not.

SmurfyPatch V6 is out! It's the cheat menu update!

Instructions on how to unlock/access the cheat menu are in the cheats.txt that you find in the help folder, it seemed like a logical place to put it.

no it's not like that it really a genuine suprise, and of course i like with number interface it's makes everything really easy for me as for why my reaction like i was expecting the patch like tomorrow or like the day after tomorrow right when i take a day off at work and relaxing +"relaxing" playing this game later on so yeah...that's about it
and this update just really make my day too like all that all that sourness handling customer and client at work flew out of my mind.... :heartcoveredeyes::heartcoveredeyes::eazyHype::eazyHype::eazyHype:
So, I have not touched this game in a couple of months. But the version I downloaded from this site is SUPER slow at some locations. Like, unplayably so. It takes me almost a minute to walk down the hallway in that dream castle for instance. Anyone have any advice on how to solve this issue?

Just out of curiosity, which map specifically are you talking about?
I don't think I can do much about this with my patch because lag is either cause on your end because of your PC specs OR because of scripts/events in the game. However no where in the castle should there be that many events that they could be causing any real lag...
Also, RPGMVXA has the ability to lag on ANY pc. I have a pretty beefy pc and some games made by it still lag sometimes. I'm afraid thats just how the world works my friend. :'(

It's most obvious in the maps in hell. And while my pc isn't the most powerfull on the market, i've not run into any problems before, either with triple A titles or other RPGmaker games. I just think it's strange that I can run far cry primal on maximum settings, but not a sprite porn game yaknow?
I downloaded the public available version from Nergal's patreon, and it's slow as well. So I don't think it's your mod that causes the slow FPS. Just think i'm boned, thanks for the response anyway.

Which screen issues are you talking about? But currently I doubt it, the patch mostly has to do with text/events that are messy (I am dyslexic so I will never be able to fix ALL typos/errors in the text, but I'm doing my best). But if you tell me more I could take a look at it.
Like I said, RPGMaker games can be weird like that. It's probably one of the scripts that are used in the game, I'm afraid I just don't have enough information to look into it so I can't really help with it much.
But I'll try to look into it a bit more to see if I can't find anything that could help!

the game has some weird full screen issues where you have to switch from window to full screen.some items only show up in full screen;but that cuts off the text when someone is talking.

I have never had any problems with text being cut off, also, switching from window to fullscreen? Are you perhaps using the Bct.Sizer from @Lyngbak ? Because if so I'm afraid to say it but I don't ues it myself and don't fully recommend others using it. (Sorry Lyngbak!)
Yes, it allows you to change to something other than the default screen size, but because of how some of the scripts/coding of the game works things are placed on specific locations on your screen and when you change the screen size these placements get kinda fucked up.
Basically, start the game with game.exe and you'll trade from having custom screen sizes to having no (or at least less) weird screen issues.
BTW @Saligia I think I found one of the biggest sources of lag in this game. Nergal is using a old lighting system/script which is a very good lighting engine but it is flawed (even the creator says so). I looked it up and understand why Nergal hasn't upgraded to the new system from the same creator... The new one isn't free, it's 20 bucks.
Clearly, this is not the answer I would have wanted to give you because this means that I can't "fix" it either, but I'm afraid it's all I CAN give you.

It's quite alright... Haven't played the game with the btc... Just opened it to see if it worked... So i actually appreciate the feedback and will consider leaving it out in the next update...
Or at least include a warning..

As I understand it the game is pretty much fully playable when using it, but some text/images/scenes can get wonky. So I would go with a warning next time because some people might like using it.It's quite alright... Haven't played the game with the btc... Just opened it to see if it worked... I was having lag/random freezing issues on most games until i went to full screen mode alt/enter.

Is this with or without the Btc.Sizer?
The only room I have any noticeable lag in is in the room that is 90% lava so I'll test it out just in case. If it helps I could add it to OP as a note for people who experience lag!
EDIT: Welp... When I press Alt+Enter the game freezes for a second and then does nothing. I can't fullscreen the game at all.

Noticed a small mistake in the cheat menu. When editing the Rel/Cor of people on "page 2" you weren't being send back to the name selection and were instead booted out of the menu as if you were done.
This is fixed and ready for the next update of the patch which will release once I have finished "idea" number 2 (check bottom of change log) which I'm currently working on at a SNAILS pace due to illness.
Should be done before the end of the week, Sunday at the latest.

While working on a little extra for the phone menu I stumbled across something that I thought was a bug, turned out it wasn't. The way that the phone menu shows the busts (pictures) of people in the relationship "app" works by taking the name of the actor and then showing the corresponding bust image. I thought I would add a little something fun where depending on your sex level it would show a different bust but it wouldn't work for Ms. Amos.
The reason this didn't work for Ms. Amos is because Nergal is... Lazy? Instead of having the Bust images named "Ms. Amos-X.png" where X is a number like all the others, they are called "MsAmos-X.png" So how did Nergal fix this? By creating a single "Ms. Amos-1.png" instead of just renaming them all. And I won't rename them all, I'll just add 2 more copies just for this fun thing I did!
TLDR:
Next patch will increase the total size of the game by 105.8kb simply because I want it to. You'll thank me later ;D
